President Barack Obama fired a warning at the nation#39;s colleges and universities on Friday, threatening to strip their federal aid if they quot;jack up tuitionquot; every year and to give the money instead to schools showing restraint and value.

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama opted to stay in a small, eco-friendly hotel while in Las Vegas for a night, officials said.
