The UN – if it were honest – should say: When it comes to free journalism – DO NOT DO AS WE DO – BUT FEEL FREE TO SPEAK THE TRUTH AND IGNORE THE POWER-IN-CAPITALS TO WHICH WE DO BOW OUR HEADS. Any other statement of the UNDPI, on the Middle East or otherwise – is dishonest.
